Visit the Speedpay® website or call 1-800-979-3967. You will need: Your Visa®, MasterCard®, Discover Card® or American Express. Your ATM/debit card with the STAR, NYCE, ACCEL or PULSE logo from a financial institution that is enrolled in the PIN-less ATM Bill Payment Program*
Typically Payments made using Your credit card or ATM/debit card will be charged or debited on the day we receive Your Authorization. Typically Payments made by ACH will be debited from Your bank account on the Business Day following Your Authorization.

A credit card transaction typically takes about 48 hours to settle. In general, your customers' online payments should clear within 1 to 3 days. The exact processing times can vary depending on the card issuer. For new and inexperienced merchants, this delay can be a point of concern.
Speedpay charges a fee for one-time payments. This transaction fee goes directly to Speedpay, and is applied in addition to any fees charged by your financial institution. Avoid a convenience fee: Electronic payment by check, auto-payment plans, and an automated non-credit card payment system via telephone.
A customer can schedule an automatic bill payment in several ways: through their bank/financial institution, through a vendor's website, or through cloud-based accounting software, to list a few. To use your debit card to pay a credit card bill, you must do so via bank transfer payment. In other words, you have to use either a credit card provider's payment portal or a third-party payment portal that includes not only your debit card information, but also your banking information.
The SpeedPay mobile APP has provided a "forgot password" service for the login password on the login interface. You only need to follow the steps to operate. You can also use SMS to log in securely. After successful login, go to "My" > "Security Settings" > "Reset Login Password" to perform corresponding operations.

It depends if the payment was sent electronically or via paper check. Electronic Payments: When a payment is sent electronically, funds are withdrawn from your account on the payment date selected.
General Information. Your bill payments are remitted once a day (23:00 AST) Monday through Friday. Only payments made before 18:00 your local time will be remitted on the day the payment is made. Payments made after 18:00 on Friday and all payments made on the weekends will not be sent to payees until Monday evening.
