Born in Newark, he lived in Belleville before moving to Lyn-dhurst. He was president of Bridge Truck Auto in Lyndhurst for five years before his retirement in 2000.

Mr. Sabatino was a former owner of Bridge Exxon, Lyndhurst and was actively involved with Lyndhurst Lions Club for more than 12 years, serving as past president, zone chairperson (district level) and region chairperson. He was also a member of the Polish-American Citizens Club and St. Michael's Church, Lyndhurst. He is survived by his wife, Barbara (nee Balut) of Lyndhurst; father, Vincent Sabatino of Newark; daughter, Mrs.

John (Cheryl) Cutruzzula of Has-brouck Heights; sons, Leo Thomas of Lyndhurst and his fiance, Lynette Surie of Clifton and Richard Sabatino, Jr. of Key West, FL; sister, Mrs. Michael (Barbara) Ward of Union; grandchildren, John, Ashley and Michael Cutruzzula. He was predeceased by his mother, Ellen C. Sabatino (nee Michelson).

Harris, 76, died Nov. 5, 2001 at Pascack Valley Hospital, Westwood. Born in Brooklyn, N.Y., she was formerly of Ridgewood and resided in Clifton for 30 years. She was an executive director for the Planning Association of North Jersey, Clifton, for 30 years before retiring in 1996. She was a member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church of Clifton and director of the North Jersey Savings and Loan Association.

Surviving are her nieces, Katy Bennett and Laurie Bennett, nephew, Michael Bennett, cousin, Peggy Docen and four great nephews. She was predeceased by her sister Jane Elizabeth Harris Bennett. A Funeral Service was held on Saturday, Nov. 10 at the Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Fair Lawn at 10:30 a.m. Interment George Washington Memorial Park, Paramus.

Visiting was held on Friday Nov. 9 at the Vander Plaat Colonial Home, Inc. Barbara Toomey LYNDHURST Barbara Toomey (nee Rennie), 42, died Nov. 14, 2001. She lived in Lyndhurst before moving to Bartonsville, PA.

She owned and operated The Finishing Touch, a massage business, for 20 years. She is survived by her son, Shaun; daughter, Melissa; parents, Jardine and Robert Rennie; and brother, Douglas. Services were held at First Presbyterian Church, Rutherford, on Nov. 25, 2 p.m. Memorial donations may be made to Deborah Hospital of First Presbyterian Church, Rutherford.

Lillian DeGroote Lillian De Groote (nee Candio), 85, died Nov. 6, 2001 at home. She was a teacher at the Webster Junior High School in Newark for 17 years, retiring in 1986. Previously she taught at Lincoln School, Lyndhurst for 10 years and was a member of the New Jersey Retired Teachers Association and the Essex Co. Retired Teachers Association.

DeGroote was a graduate of N.Y.U. in 1938. Born in New York City she lived most of her life in Lyndhurst and was a parishioner of Sacred Heart Church, Lyndhurst. Surviving are two sons, Dr. Richard DeGroote of Brielle and Dr.

Robert DeGroote of Allendale, a daughter, Maryanne Striano of Wyckoff, son-in-law, Peter Striano of Wyckoff and three grandchildren, Jocelyn and Richard DeGroote and Albert Striano. She was predeceased by her husband Emiel. A Funeral Mass was held on Friday, Nov. 9 at 10 a.m. at St.

Michael's Church, Lyndhurst. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington. Arrangements entrusted to the Nazare Memorial Home, Lyndhurst. Sarah Campion NORTH ARLINGTON Sarah C. Campion (nee Heintjes), 95, died Nov.

20, 2001 at West Hudson Hospital, Kearny. Born in Paterson, she lived in Kearny before moving to North Arlington in 1947. Mrs. Campion was employed as a tube inspector with RCA Corporation in Harrison for 20 years before retiring in 1965. She is survived by her son, Micahel J.

Campion; sisters, Mary Agnes Woodward and Eleanor Reese; 11 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband, Michael J. Campion; and son, Robert H. Campion. Services were held at Parow Funeral Home, North Long Island, NY, one brother Anthony McLaughlin of Jamestown, N.C, four grandchildren, Elizabeth Rogers of Greenville, Patrick Byars of Boulder, Maureen Mati-soff of Woodland Hills, Calif, and Jacqueline Newman of Woodland Hills, Calif.

He was predeceased by his wife Christine Jackie McLaughlin. Services were held on Thursday, Nov. 15 at 11 a.m. at Prince of Peace Catholic Church. Burial was in Truro, Mass.

The family received friends on Wednesday, Nov. 14 at The Mackey Mortuary, Century Drive, Greenville, S.C. Christine Meyer RIDGEWOOD Christine D. Meyer, 46, of Fishkill, N.Y. and Ridgewood died Nov.

4, 2001 at Valley Hospital in Ridgewood. Born in Hackensack, she was the daughter of Jean Odell Meyer and the late William Meyer. She was a physical therapy aide at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood for 25 years. Surviving is her mother, Jean of Fishkill, her brother, Robert and his wife, Susan of Fishkill, five nephews and a niece. Visitation was held at the McHoul Funeral Home in Hopewell N.Y.

on Tuesday, Nov. 6. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, Nov. 7 at 10 a.m. in the Chapel of McHoul Funeral Home.

5, 2001 at Brick Hospital, Brick Township, NJ. Born in Paterson, she formerly resided in Cedar Grove, and moved to Lakewood in 1979. Mulanaphy was a homemaker and a former member and chairman of Friends of the Foundation of Leisure Village. Surviving are her two sons, James Mulanaphy of Allendale, David Mulanaphy of Narragansett, R.I., daughter Marjorie Sless of Manchester four grandchildren and one great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband James Mulanaphy.

Visitation was held at D'Elia Funeral Home on Nov. 8, 10 11 a.m. A Funeral Mass was held on Thursday, Nov. 8 at 11:30 a.m. at Saint Mary of the Lake R.C.

Mr. Pandorf attended Carlstadt Schools and was also a parishioner of St. Joseph's Church, East Rutherford. He is survived by his mother, Adele Adkins of Tinton Falls; father, Joseph; wife, Doris of Downsville, NY; paternal grandmother, Catherine Pandorf of Little Egg Harbor; sister, Sandra banker of Downsville, NY; brothers, Joseph of Lanoka and Curtis of East Rutherford; and fiance, Melissa Florke of Lindenwold. Ann Jones RIDGEWOOD Ann S. Jones, age 67, died Nov. 4, 2001 at Valley Hospital, Ridgewood. Born in Washington, D.C. she has resided in Ridgewood since 1964.

She received a BS Degree in 1955 from Syracuse University and was a fashion coordinator for Vogue Magazine, NYC, retiring in 1963. Jones was past president of the College Club of Ridgewood, past president of the Ridgewood Home and School Association and a member of West Side Presbyterian Church. Surviving is her husband Harry G. Jones, son, Craig Jones, and two grandchildren, Alex Jones and Jaclyn Jones, all of Ridgewood. There was no visitation.

Adele Gallagher NORTH ARLINGTON Adele E. Gallagher (nee Gallay), 96, died Nov. 20, 2001 at her home. Born in Paterson, she was a lifelong resident of North Arlington. She is survived by her stepdaughter, Patricia Jacques; grandchildren, Christopher and Jeffrey; and many loving nieces and nephews.

She is survived by her sisters, Mae C. Russell of Piscat-away, Ida Baniewski of California and Elizabeth Krajewski of Brick; and many loving nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, George Schwartz in 1987.
