CONTEST RULES
From June 12 to June 14, Wind-FM Text Club subscribers will be able to enter the “Red Hot Chili Peppers Text Club Ticket Giveaway” at windfm.com/contests. Subscribers will receive a text with a keyword that they can enter online at windfm.com/contests to receive entry into the Red Hot Chili Peppers Ticket Giveaway for the concert on June 21st at the Mid Florida Amphitheatre.
There will be a total of 3 texts with keywords sent out, one each day, June 12 through June 14, which subscribers can enter for their chance to win. One entry per person, per keyword, per day. Listeners must become subscribers to the Wind-FM Text Club, prior to June 12th at noon, in order to receive all three texts, to have a greater chance of winning.
Each winner will be contacted the following business day following the day that they won. Three winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries, contacted by phone, and awarded the prize.
The prize contains:
- One pair of tickets to the Red Hot Chili Peppers concert on June 21st at the Mid Florida Amphitheatre
Prize is retailed at $57.
Participants, upon completion of the contest entry form, will be presented with options enabling them to earn bonus entries through specified actions detailed at the end of the contest entry form.
Liking a Facebook page or sharing the post presented at the end of the contest entry form is not incentivized and listeners will not receive bonus entries for either action. Bonus entries will be issued to a participant exclusively when another person enters the contest through the shared Facebook link provided at the end of the contest entry form.
Winners will need to follow all COVID guidelines and protocols put in place by the concert and/or venue organizer. We are not responsible for any event cancellations or reschedules.
One entry per person, per day for a total of 3 possible entries into the contest. Submitting more than the allowed entries will invalidate all entries by that contestant. Any entry submitted on behalf of another individual or using another person’s email address or name will be disqualified and ineligible to claim any prize. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than the stated number of entries allowed by using same, multiple/different email addresses, identities, or any other methods void that participant’s entries and that participant may be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to any on-line registration, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address used to register will be deemed to be the registrant and he/she must be eligible according to these Official Rules. No mechanically reproduced or automated entries permitted. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification and all such entries will be deemed void.
WYND-FM contests are open to all eligible Florida residents 18 or older have not won anything on WYND-FM in the past 30 days or any prize valued at $600 or more in the past 6 months. Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner. Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.
Employees of WYND-FM, North Central Florida Media Group, and its ultimate parent company, Saga Communications, Inc., their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees and immediate families of each, and employees of all media of mass communications within a one-hundred-mile radius of WYND-FM’s main studio are not eligible to win any contest. Immediate families include the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great- grandchildren of the employee and his/her spouse. This also includes individuals from whom the employee is current legal guardian.
All decisions of WYND-FM are final and shall be binding in all respects. Entry into this contest constitutes permission to use the name or likeness of each prize winner for advertising, trade, and publicity purposes without prior approval and without additional compensation.
We will make reasonable efforts to award Prizes within 30 days after winning.
No purchase necessary. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Winners will be responsible for all applicable state and federal taxes. WYND-FM’s sole responsibility will be to award the prize. WYND-FM will have no further responsibility in connection with the prize if the prize winner, for any reason, cannot or decides not to use any of the prize.
