Robert Lapidus

Robert T. Lapidus, President and Chief Investment Officer, co-founded L&L Holding Company in June, 2000. He has over 35 years’ experience in real estate ownership, development, capital raising, finance and asset management. Mr. Lapidus has been involved in over $20B of real estate transactions involving capital formation, financings and restructurings. In 2007, Mr. Lapidus was a co-founder and investment committee member of A-10 Capital which has grown into a full serve finance company that has originated over $5.3B in bridge and permanent loans. Mr. Lapidus graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Pennsylvania in 1983 and received a Juris Doctor degree from Cardozo Law School (New York, New York), Cum Laude, in 1986.Mr. Lapidus is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO) and a member of the board of directors of the Madison Square Park Conservancy. He also served as a member of the Advisory Board to the Lehigh University College of Business and Economics and is an officer and a member of the Board of Directors of Spark Youth, a NYC based non-profit organization that invests in young people from under resourced communities. Mr. Lapidus is actively involved in philanthropic endeavors focusing on disadvantaged youth and education.
