The Renaissance Amsterdam Hotel has the position of Human Resources Assistant available.
What are my responsibilities?
As a Human Resources Assistant, you are representing the Renaissance brand to all ambassadors of the hotel and it is your passion to answer all their questions and concerns. You assist the Director of Human Resources in administration, organizing social events and the hiring and recruitment process of non-management positions in the hotel. You will update our recruitment channels, screen candidates and ensure the whole process is in compliance with our lifestyle brand.
The Human Resources department administers all appraisals, sickness, turnover, organizes surprising and creative social activities and is always there for an inspiring advice for everyone.
Your responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for our team members with any HR-related questions,
- Manage the onboarding process for new starters,
- Support the team in administrative tasks, maintain and update personnel files,
- Assist and organize social activities and meetings,
- Assist the recruitment process in Styling & Stewarding departments, by screening, interviewing applicants and coming up with innovative ideas.
To be eligible for this position you...
- Are enthusiastic, highly motivated and service-minded.
- Have a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management or Human Resources Management.
- Have excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
- Can work independently, have excellent time management skills and a high sense of responsibility.
- Have proactive nature and hands-on approach.
- Have previous experience in HR or hotel industry.
